Overall Reflection

 Final Reflection:

Teachers are long-term creators of the youthful era. Educating could be a very respectable profession. For this, teachers have a few desires that he will wear a cap of many roles. The roles are of a great communicator, evaluator, decision-maker, course director, and member of a group or bunch. Instructors must play all these parts with the total obligation. My philosophy of choosing teaching as a profession is that I need to motivate my students to memorize in a way that has a positive impact on what they think and act. I see teachers as a gardener and teaching methodologies as a fertilizer to develop the understudies rather like a seed. In the conclusion, I must say that learning handled within the classroom will never stop and students learn from teachers and vice versa.
In this course, I experienced an important change in my beliefs around teaching.  I came to get that there are different methods, theories, and strategies that can be tailored to suit both the educator and the needs of the student. Besides, this course allows me as a future teacher to explore different methods and strategies of teaching to maintain effective classroom instruction. And focusing on exploring various models and taxonomies of teaching and thinking. Actually, we learned that strategy is the goal or set of actions, plans that the teacher put to achieve their specific aim in the teaching process and preparing a lesson plan to complete a specific book while the method is how the teacher can deliver the lecture and the perfect way that the teacher select to do the task. Some of these methods that we already studied and experienced throughout this course are that the role of a teacher is very important in building the character of the students and in enhancing their natural skills. Before the role of the teacher was just to come, deliver a lecture, give the students tests and quizzes, assignments and check them, give them grades and that’s it while in modern times, and according to the different theories we learned about that against also these ideas, teachers are considered as an agent of transformation of the students from less-skilled individuals to skilled individuals which have good skills for doing their work and are also responsible citizens. In addition, the role of a teacher is changed from a lecturer to an agent of transformation and teachers should interact with students more than they do in previous times. Nowadays methods of teaching are called interactive teaching, in which teachers involve the students in an active learning process. Through our course we learned about the Taxonomies: Bloom and Marzano, where we noticed the importance of it in providing a common language for teachers to discuss and exchange learning and assessment methods.
Bloom’s Taxonomy is a categorization that defines distinctive levels of insights including considering, learning, and understanding. Organizing makes utilizes bloom’s taxonomy to improve educational programs, evaluations, and teaching methods. Bloom’staxonomy helps the teachers to think and analyze their teaching and students’ learning. The system is utilized to state clear destinations which can help the instructors to arrange lessons appropriately. In addition, it can give a system for cognitive behavior which can be connected to get it the difficulty of assignments, conduct an evaluation, and rearrange or complicate the activities. Bloom’s Taxonomy makes a difference for me as a future teacher to understand the targets of classroom teaching. It guides us to change the complexity of the questions and helps students to realize higher levels of progression. Further, it makes a difference to create basic thinking among teachers. So, we can conclude that both Bloom and Marzano's research are powerful tools that can be used by teachers to encourage students to think and function at higher levels and to enhance their abilities to dive deeper into a topic and engage in learning. But these are only tools; it needs a concerted effort by teachers to use them. They are developed to provide a common language for teachers to discuss and exchange learning, assessment methods by specifying learning objectives.

Moreover, we also learned through this course how to create a lesson plan by applying different models

of teaching and thinking. Lesson planning is required to help students to accomplish their goals in a

learning process within the short and long term. The research appears how important it is to imagine

success to achieve that. Similarly, in the classroom, there is no lesson plan, minimizing the

chance of meeting desires with a particular result. It is good for educators to prepare their lesson plans

every day by using different teaching methods because if the teacher is not prepared well, they will

show as unprofessional among their peers

On the other hand, this course helps us to explore various models of teaching and thinking such as the group interaction model, the inductive model, problem-based learning, the direct-instruction model, and the lecture-discussion model. Concerning me, I prefer to use most of them in every lesson plan. However, through this course, we learned bout the importance of improving Social-Emotional skills and the positive impact that has on students, attitudes, academic achievement. Besides, it affects students' personal behavior and their academic performance in the long term.

Finally, this course helped me in improving and developing my skills in which I gained a load of information that will help me in the teaching process, encouraging my students to achieve higher goals.
